Preclinical I&T’s mission is to assist the biomedical research community in evaluating disease and therapy within a complete biological system in-vivo. To do so, we focus on the use of minimally invasive and humane tools, with a strong focus in visualization and computation. Pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, toxicity and dosing estimations can be performed with a variety of Preclinical I&T’s multi-modal services and technologies such as:
Digital imaging study design
Execution of pilot studies and preclinical trials
Optical Imaging: Fluorescence and Bioluminescence
Positron Emission Tomography (PET)
Radiotheranostics (Radioligand Therapy)
Quantitative gamma counting
Micro Computerized X-ray Tomography (microCT)
