The Molecular Interactions and Imaging Core (MIIC) enables research projects by offering support on numerous methodologies to characterize biomolecular interactions. In particular, we provide expertise on sample preparation (working with our sister core bioMT MTC), data collection, and analysis for a range of instrumentation including surface plasmon resonance (label-free analysis of biomolecular interactions) and numerous measurements using absorbance, luminescence, and fluorescence (fluorescence anisotropy, alpha-screen, near-infrared fluorescence)
