The mouse modeling supports the generation and utilization of genetically modified mice. We design and produce genetic constructs with the following methods: yeast and E.coli 'recombineering', ES cell targeting (transfection, drug selection, and expansion).

We produce transgenic mice: DNA injections into oocytes, ES cell injections into blastocysts. We also provide humanized immune system mouse models.
