The University of Nebraska Epigenomics Core Facility was established to assist researchers at all university and private institutions with epigenetic analysis including DNA Methylation using Pyrosequencing and Bisulfite Sequencing, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation, High Throughput Sequencing (ChIP-Seq), Real-Time Quantitative PCR gene expression analysis, Pyrosequencing Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP), and Mycoplasma Testing. The Epigenomics Core Facility is located at the Durham Research Center I on the University of Nebraska Medical Center campus and is associated with the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
We can design and optimize primers for all forms of services that we offer. We can also extract DNA from various sources for use with our services.
