Agilent 1200 HPLC
Agilent Technologies 1200 Series four solvent gradient capable HPLC coupled to Agilent 1200 series: UV capable diode array detector (DAD), fluorescence detector (FLD), and an evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD). This instrument is equipped with a thermostatically controlled column compartment and auto sampler.
Agilent 6540 LC-QTOF
This mass spectrometer provides ultra-high-definition mass accuracy and mass resolution due to Agilent’s Ion Beam Compression (IBC) and Enhanced Mirror Technology (EMT). Most importantly this Q-TOF possesses the ability to quickly generate accurate mass MS and MS/MS data with UHPLC. This is the perfect system for qualitative analysis in metabolomics profiling studies.
Agilent 7890A GC
Detection and quantification of GC compatible metabolites from various biological samples with a Flame Ionization Detector. APPLICATIONS INCLUDE: High throughput seed fatty acid profile Fatty acid profile from plant or animal tissues, for example muscle and adipose.
BioTek Synergy 2 Multi-Mode Microplate Reader
The Synergy 2 Multi-Mode Microplate Reader has the ability to assay optically active molecules via luminescence, fluorescence, fluorescence polarization and UV-Vis absorbance (monochromator-based).
