The DNA Facility of the Iowa State University Office of Biotechnology provides research support services for investigators within academia, industry, and government. The DNA Facility currently provides the following services: Standard DNA sequencing, high-throughput (96-well format) DNA sequencing, Next-Gen (Illumina and PacBio) library prep and sequencing, DNA synthesis, automated fluorescent genotyping, HTP (96-well format) plasmid DNA extraction, plant genomic DNA extraction, quantitative real-time PCR.
