The FCF all flow cytometers of the LUMC and makes these available for users from the LUMC, Leiden University and external companies. It currently has 12 conventional and 5 spectral analyzers, 5 cell sorters and 3 mass cytometers. These instruments allow analysis and sorting up to biohazard level ML-II, while one analyzer is available for ML-III material. The FCF provides support for all aspects of cytometry, including experimental design, instrument setup, data acquisition and data analysis.
