Statement of purpose: A resource for the staff of the Nemours Children‘s Health, affiliates, COBRE / INBRE investigators and outside organizations, the Biobank & Molecular Analysis Program (merger of the Nemours Biobank, Biomolecular Core Lab and Pediatric Genomic Laboratory) is a centralized, state-of-the-art facility that offers expertise in biorepository collections, as well as molecular genetics and genomics. The service lab operates according to the policies set forth by the College of
American Pathologists (CAP) accreditation to provide high data integrity and to maintain appropriate safeguards for patient confidentiality.

Delaware Valley Network: The Nemours Biomolecular Core Laboratory provides backup services to other cores in the Delaware Valley Network including DNA sequencing coverage services for the University of Delaware DNA Sequencing and Genotyping Core.
