The UCONN-Storrs Flow Cytometry Facility provides advanced analytical and cell‑sorting capabilities to support research in immunology, cancer biology, stem cell biology, oceanography, microbiology, and translational medicine. The facility combines high‑parameter cytometry, precision cell sorting, and expert scientific support to enable deep single‑cell characterization across a wide range of experimental systems. The mission of the facility is to deliver high‑quality cytometric data and to empower researchers with the tools and expertise needed to design and perform reproducible flow cytometric experiments. The facility is open to internal researchers, external collaborators, and industry partners.

The Advanced Light Microscopy Facility provides training and access to state-of-the-art light microscopy systems at an hourly rate. In addition, we are available to consult with and support users at every stage of a project including experimental design, sample preparation, image acquisition, and data analysis.
