Core provides services and instruments including Bruker timsTOF fleX system that unites high-resolution spatial MALDI Mass Spectrometry Imaging with 4D-omics profiling. Powered by Trapped Ion Mobility Spectrometry (TIMS) and MALDI-2 technology, the instrument enables direct, label-free mapping of peptides, lipids and metabolites directly from tissue sections at cellular-level resolution. Provided imaging services including Peptide/protein, Lipids, Small molecule metabolites, Glycans are available to researchers across Australia.
