The JIAM X-ray Diffraction Core Facility provides users with access to both the Panalytical X'Pert3 MRD and Panalytical Empyrean XRD platforms to perform a variety of X-ray diffraction experiments (phase identification, phase quantification, crystallite size and microstrain determination, pole figures, residual stress, high-temperature in situ measurements, etc.). These instruments are available for both assisted and unassisted use (with prior approval).
