Facility Details

The Cell Based High-Throughput Screening (CBS) core provides investigators with access to genome-wide collections of cDNAs, microRNA-adapted short hairpin (shRNA) retroviral libraries, and siRNA libraries that can be used to interrogate cellular models of signal transduction pathways and phenotypes. The core has also assembled a variety of smaller focus sets form each larger library as wells as chemical libraries available for cell-based screens.
