Facility Details

The Drug Design, Synthesis, and Validation Subcore, located in room 326B Criss II at Creighton University, offers a team of multidisciplinary experts and cutting-edge technologies to provide a comprehensive suite of services tailored to your drug development needs. Our experts can assist you with drug screening and design approaches from small molecules to peptides. Once the design phase is complete, we are able to develop and apply innovative methodologies to synthesize your drug candidate, and validate its chemical structure and purity. We also offer services to detect and quantify drugs in biological samples to help understand how well the drug is delivered to the desired target and its metabolism.
Follow-up studies can be conducted using the services of the ADMETox subcore to characterize the drug candidate’s toxicity, efficacy, and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic profiles, and assist in developing appropriate formulation and delivery approaches.
