Core provides advanced computational analysis and consultation for high-throughput genomics and multi-omics research. Supports investigators across GW and external collaborators with experimental design, data processing, statistical analysis, and biological interpretation of next-generation sequencing datasets. Offers expertise in bulk and single-cell transcriptomics, epigenomics, variant analysis, and integrative multi-omics approaches. Develops and maintains reproducible computational pipelines and collaborates closely with researchers to translate complex genomic data into actionable biological insights.
