Description:

Light microscopy imaging core facility located in the Life Sciences Center at Dartmouth College (Hanover, NH). Facility personnel provide training and imaging advice. Imaging instruments available to trained users include: laser scanning and spinning disk confocal systems (with super-resolution), a TIRF system, and a multiphoton microscope. Image analysis software (e.g. Nikon Elements, ZEN, Arivis Vision 4D, and Imaris Quant) is also available through the facility.
