The department upgraded its Bruker SMART 1000 CCD single crystal diffractometer to a SMART APEX II CCD Area Detector, and its low-temperature LT3 device to a KRYO-FLEX low-temperature device. The instrument which is equipped with a Mo radiation source is used for small molecule crystal structure determination.
