The GMCF is a full-service Genomics and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) facility catering to internal and external investigators across a wide range of biological systems. The GMCF has unique expertise in microbial/microbiome sequencing, but also has extensive capabilities for nucleic acid extraction, bulk NGS library prep (DNA and RNAseq), single cell sequencing (10X and Fluent), spatial sequencing (10X Visium), methyl-seq, NGS amplicon sequencing (any target), and quantitative analyses (sequencing, real-time PCR, digital PCR).
