Description:
The UC Davis Flow Cytometry Shared Resource operates cell sorting and analytic cytometry equipment on the main academic campus in Davis, CA and in a separate facility at the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, CA. We offer multiparameter cell sorting and analytic cytometry services, instrumentation training and comprehensive flow cytometry training for UCD, UC, and industry scientists. Comprehensive, week long flow cytometry training is offered each July, with lecture and laboratory instruction - this course is open to all interested participants and typically costs less than $1,000.00 for a full week of training. Single cell sorting and with phenotypic indexing is offered, as well as single cell targeted gene transcription analysis and genotyping on the Fluidigm BioMark platform. Additional cytometry services include tissue and plate scanning for cytometry of tissue samples and adherent cultures on the Compucyte Laser Scanning Cytometer. Please contact us for more information on these services.
