Description:

The Flow Cytometry Facility supports flow cytometry, cell sorting, and mass cytometry across the University of Birmingham (UoB). Based in the College of Medicine and Health, it also supports instruments at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Institute of Translational Medicine (ITM), and the College of Life and Environmental Sciences. The facility continually updates its equipment and has recently added its first spectral flow cytometer. Services range from user training on self-service instruments to expert-supported cell sorting and GCP-compliant mass cytometry in dedicated ITM labs.
