Description:

The UNMC Spatial Profiling Hub Core Facility (SPH) offers spatial omics processing on many different tissue types.  The SPH currently offers Bruker‘s GeoMx DSP and 10x Visium by Oct 2025. The SPH staff offers expert collaboration from project design to data handoff. The core has established workflows with additional shared resources on the UNMC campus to allow for expertise throughout your entire project. Whether you need support in experimental planning, sample selection, spatial data generation, or consultation, we are here to help you succeed.
