Instrumentation:

Abberior Facility Line 3D-STED

Abberior facility line 3D STED system, mounted on an Olympus IX83 microscope and equipped with 405, 485, 561 and 640nm excitation lasers and a 775nm depletion laser. High quantum efficiency avalanche photodiodes for photon counting and spectral detection as well as a matrix detector for improved signal-to-noise. Adaptive illumination, adaptive optics and TIMEBOW fluorescence lifetime capabilities allow for highly tailored data acquisition parameters.
