The Flow Cytometry Core provides comprehensive cell analysis and sorting services using state-of-the-art instrumentation. Our analysis platforms include the BD LSRFortessa, BD FACSymphony A3, and Cytek Aurora, supporting high-parameter immunophenotyping and advanced single-cell analysis. For cell sorting, we offer a 14-parameter, 4-laser Sony MA900 for high-speed, high-purity sorts, as well as a 16-parameter, 5-laser BD FACSAria dedicated to BSL-3 cell sorting. These platforms support a wide range of experimental needs, from basic workflows to complex, high-containment applications.
