The NanoAssemblr Spark has an operating nanoparticle formulation volume of 25 – 250 μL. By ensuring yields nearing 100%, the Spark is ideal for target validation screening and nanoparticle formulation development that involves scarce or expensive nucleic acid constructs and nanoparticle excipients.

Description:

The Delivery Unit offers training and services on the NanoAssemblr Spark, NanoAssemblr Ignite+, and Malvern Zetasizer for the purpose of synthesis and characterisation of Lipid Nanoparticles (LNPs). The Zetasizer is able to read zeta potential and size of particles, including exosomes, liposomes, and LNPs.
