Projects examples include bulk RNAseq, 3‘RNASeq, Single Cell transcriptomics (10X Genomics), Genome sequencing, and amplicon sequencing (ie 16SRNA, genotyping). We can also partner with you for experimental design and bioinformatics data analysis.
