BD LSRFortessa Fortessa Flow Cytometer

BD LSRFortessa cell analyzer offers the ultimate in choice for flow cytometry, providing power, performance, and consistency. Designed to be and expandable, the BD LSRFortessa has the flexibility to support the expanding needs of multicolor flow cytometry assays. Description:

Lighthouse Core Facility (LCF) is a recognized core facility of the Medical Faculty of the University of Freiburg. It is also registered in the RIsources Database of the German Research Foundation (DFG) under the number RI_00416. Lighthouse specializes in the areas of flow cytometry and cell sorting; light microscopy (confocal, widefield fluorescence, high content screening, lightsheet, slide scanning, highly multiplexed microscopy); and digital PCR / QPCR. It is located at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg. The Lighthouse host institutions include the Dept. of Medicine I, the Center for Chronic Immunodeficiency (CCI), the CCCF / DKTK, and the Medical Faculty of the University of Freiburg.
