Our metabolomics core facility provides state-of-the-art high throughput services for the analysis of small molecules in biological samples. We specialize in the discovery, identification and quantitation of many metabolites and lipids. Our trained technical staff and 17 mass spectrometers ensure accurate and reliable results for the UC Davis community and beyond. Our goal is to support our clients in their research efforts by providing the most advanced metabolomics analysis services available, and help moving the field forward where it falls short. We also provide professional courses in metabolomics analysis and data processing.
