This facility provides services necessary for investigators to create, rederive or cryopreserve mouse models. Specific services offered include: CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene editing (experimental design service and/or consulting also provided); pronuclear Injection; ES Cell Injection; In Vitro Fertilization; rederivation of mouse lines to specific pathogen free status; embryo and sperm cryopreservation and recovery.
