The Macromolecular Crystallography core facility contains X-ray and robotic crystallization equipment dedicated to the determination of three-dimensional structures of biological macromolecules. The facility has a Rigaku Ru3HR rotating anode generator with RAXIS IV++ detector and Oxford Cryosystems model 700 cryo equipment for flash cooling samples. The facility also has an Art Robbins Phoenix crystallization robot for setting up crystallization trays with drop sizes in the sub-microliter range and dedicated 20 degree and 4 degree crystallization rooms.
Fees for the services of the core facility are listed on the web site. Scientists outside Princeton University should email the facility manager directly.
